my side & ur side

salam...heheh..rini keje nak post sesuatu aje kan

well..teringat pengalaman kerja kat salah satu mall yg termahsyur di Terengganu....** Selamat Datang Ke Terengganu....** promote

urm...dolu aku kerja sebagai pembantu khidmat pelanggan....mls nak cite pjg2..str8 to the point...

KES I

de sorg customer ni..die ada bli satu brg elektrik..nak jadi cite..die dtg n ckp dvd player dia beli rosak...well as pembantu khidmat pelanggan..keje nye berkhidmat la kan...mcm biasa kena la ikot procedure..kena de resit.kotak dvd player tu.dvd player tu.plus warranty ngan mall tu just seven day and ngan kilang a year...so then...die dtg ckp la masalahnyer...

tp malang nyer x tjuk resit...dia ckp da ilang...tp die kate baru lagi beli..xsampai sminggu..well apape pon kena la buat..sebab mmg kerja...so then nak xnak pergi la mengadap supervisor bahagian elektrik tu..tp masalah nyer..resit xde.kalo aku buat means mcm bermasalah disiplin..well korg tau kan..cane nak buktikan yg belum sampai seminggu.nak record nanti kat inventori...sume department la terlibat n akan menyusahkan nanti...

layan je la..i da ckp kat customer tu...apa masalah yg akan aku hadapi...may be potong gaji..n record disiplin...ok la...die dgr je...n die tambah..ala skit je kan potong gaji...mall ni kan kaya..awk buat la OT**tambahan

pastu..bawak kat bahagian elektrik ngan customer tu skali...cek punya cek..staff situ ckp...camne leh kata beli x sampai seminggu...stock tu da sebulan da abes...well.....ape kes pakcik ni...terperangkap akhirnya...so we can't do anything...terpaksa la die ke kilang untuk baiki....ikot procedure..im just org bawahan...kalo bos..senang aje kasi die brg len..nak puas kan hati die...

there's a customer..he said he's from perak..complaint that his dvd also got problem..with no receipt, plus i think might be more that seven days...he came n said...my dvd no wire and cable...i asked him weather he checked or not the dvd player before he buy and he said yes...aiyooo..i've to cool down n treat him as well...i've explain him in slow and calm voice plus in english also...**bebelit lidah....but he still deny what im saying...

i said sorry sir, i just follow the procedure..and this is my job..if i do that its prob on this department plus you sir as customer also have to know ur right as consumer...well...the customer up set...and said to me...why dont u just bend the rule and do it for me...eventually i call the manager..because i dont want to make it a big manner...

point sebenarnyer....dorg ni just pikir side dorg je..xpernah ke nak pikir belah kita...mmg la org ckp customer is always right...tp worker pon ada right jugak...ni sng je suh bend the rule la...ckp bebelit la...i also consumer and was the worker..kdg2 dorg ni saje tau wat kes...pastu kalo x kena nak marah...nak pgil boss...aiyoo..benda leh settle...

and bukan nak ckp kalo kat kedai je...tp in relationship skali pon...dont think ur side je my dear...other side camne....
